Leaving VRBO? Bring your calendar.
You don't have to choose between direct bookings and your existing VRBO reservations. Paste your VRBO calendar link into ezerve and the nights you've already booked stay blocked automatically — while new guests book straight on your own page, with no host fee and no guest fee.
Bring your upcoming appointments · No per-booking fee, ever · Live the same day
Sync your VRBO calendar — the exact steps.
VRBO doesn't hand you a spreadsheet — it gives you a calendar feed (an iCal link). ezerve reads that link directly and keeps your booked nights closed, so the two calendars never double-book the same week. This one's honest: it's a feed URL, not a CSV.
Open your VRBO property calendar
Sign in to your VRBO owner dashboard on a computer and open the calendar for the property you're bringing over.
Find “Export calendar” / the iCal link
In the calendar's import/export or sync settings, copy the export (iCal / .ics) URL VRBO gives you for that property.
Paste it onto the property in ezerve
In ezerve, open the property (your bookable place), paste the link into its calendar sync field, and choose “Sync now.”
Your booked nights close automatically
ezerve pulls the future nights from that feed and blocks them, so a direct guest can never book a week VRBO already sold. Re-syncing keeps it current.
A calendar feed carries no guest identity — just “this night is taken” — so VRBO nights come in as blocks, not guest records. That's deliberate: ezerve won't invent a customer it doesn't actually know. Your new direct bookings are full reservations.
Keep your upcoming appointments.
When you upload your calendar feed from VRBO, ezerve reads it into your live calendar — the same one that can't double-book — so your book lands intact, not as dead notes.
- Future booked nights from VRBO — pulled in and blocked, so nothing double-books
- Moved or cancelled VRBO nights — re-syncing lifts and shifts them to match
- Your own hand-set blackout dates — never touched by the sync
- New direct bookings — taken on your own page, with the turnaround gap respected
- The place itself — seed it from the vacation-rental template in a couple of minutes
VRBO bills the host and skims the guest on every stay. ezerve does neither — direct bookings on your own page, no host fee, no guest service fee, and the payment lands on your own Stripe account in full.
