Leaving Square? Bring your book.
Your appointments don't have to start over. Export your Square Appointments history to a CSV, upload it in the setup checklist, and ezerve reads it into your live calendar — upcoming appointments and all — while you stop paying per transaction.
Bring your upcoming appointments · No per-booking fee, ever · Live the same day
Export your Square appointments — the exact clicks.
Square gives you a plain CSV of your Appointments history. That's all ezerve needs — a file export and an upload, no scraping and no passwords handed over.
Open the Square Dashboard
Sign in at squareup.com on a computer — the export lives in the web dashboard, not the app.
Go to Appointments → Settings → History
From the Appointments section, open Settings, then the History (or Reports) view of your past and upcoming bookings.
Export to CSV
Choose Export and pick a date range that includes today forward, so your upcoming appointments come along. Square hands you a .csv file.
Upload it in ezerve's setup checklist
In your new ezerve setup checklist, choose “Square” and drop in that file. ezerve already knows Square's columns — Location, Start/End time, Service, Team Member, Client, Status.
A row that can't be matched — a misspelled stylist, a service you renamed — parks for your review with the reason shown, instead of inventing a phantom person. Upload the same file twice and nothing duplicates.
Keep your upcoming appointments.
When you upload your CSV export from Square, ezerve reads it into your live calendar — the same one that can't double-book — so your book lands intact, not as dead notes.
- Upcoming appointments — read into your live calendar, so blocks and capacity still hold
- The customer's name and email on each booking
- The service and the team member, matched to your own offerings and staff
- Past appointments, landed as history so your calendar reads complete
- Anything the engine can't seat is flagged for review — never silently dropped
Square skims a percentage of every payment that passes through it. ezerve never does — it's a flat monthly subscription with zero per-booking fee, and the money is yours from the first swipe.
