OpenTable doesn't offer a clean one-click booking export the way appointment tools do, so this one's a spreadsheet you assemble. ezerve reads a plain CSV — one row per reservation — and gives you a sample file to match, so it lands cleanly.
Pull your upcoming reservations
From the OpenTable reservation book (the “GuestCenter” / management view), open your upcoming reservations. Where a report or print/export is offered, use it; otherwise you'll transcribe the upcoming ones.
Put them in a spreadsheet
One reservation per row: guest name, guest email, party size, date, time, and status. ezerve gives you a downloadable sample CSV in the setup checklist — match those columns and you're done.
