Mindbody lets you export your appointment schedule to a CSV. That's all ezerve needs — a file export and an upload, no scraping and no credentials shared.
Sign in to the Mindbody business site
Open your Mindbody business dashboard on a computer — the export lives in the web back office, not the app.
Open Reports → Appointments (or the Schedule export)
Find the appointments or schedule report and set a date range that runs from today forward, so your upcoming sessions are included.
Export to CSV / Excel
Choose Export and save the file as CSV. It will list each appointment's Session Type, Staff, Client, date and start/end time.
Upload it in ezerve's setup checklist
In your new ezerve setup, choose “Mindbody” and drop in the file. ezerve already reads Mindbody's columns — Session Type, Staff, Client Name and Email, Start and End Time.
A row that can't be matched — a renamed session type, a staff name that doesn't line up — parks for your review with the reason shown, rather than inventing a phantom provider. Re-uploading the same file never duplicates a thing.
